Guidelines
- Respectful Communication: All messages must be written in a respectful and courteous manner. Any use of offensive, vulgar, or abusive language will result in immediate dismissal of the message.
- Purposeful Communication: Messages should pertain to matters that fall within the purview of the Panchayat's responsibilities. This includes issues related to local governance, infrastructure, community welfare, and development projects.
- Relevance: Ensure that your message is relevant to the village community as a whole, rather than individual grievances or personal matters. Individual concerns should be addressed through appropriate channels.
- No Spam or Pranks: Spam messages, chain letters, prank messages, or any other form of irrelevant communication will not be entertained. Such messages will be disregarded and may result in the sender being blocked from further communication.
- Clarity and Conciseness: Clearly articulate your message and keep it concise. Long-winded messages may delay response times and may be less likely to receive attention.
- Contact Information: Provide accurate contact information to facilitate communication. Anonymous messages or those lacking valid contact details may not receive a response.
- One Message per Issue: Please refrain from sending multiple messages about the same issue. Duplicative messages will not expedite the resolution process and may hinder our ability to address other important matters.
- Understandable Requests: Ensure that your requests are logical and feasible within the scope of the Panchayat's capabilities. Unrealistic demands or requests beyond the Panchayat's jurisdiction will not be pursued.
- Response Time: While we strive to respond to all messages in a timely manner, please understand that response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries and the nature of the issues raised.
