Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Grameed (PMAY-G)

To provide basic housing and homestead to families covered under Socio Economic Caste Census 2011 of rural areas. This scheme provides an assistance to the tune of Rs.1,20,000/- fro construction of a house


Eligibility: The Beneficiaries have been selected using housing deprivation parameters in the Socio Economic and Caste Census 2011 data.

Goa Grameen Urja Yojana (GGUY)

To provide all Below Poverty Line (BPL) families installation of Domestic LPG connection to minimize the use of firewood thus decreasing the pressure on forest and at the same time helping in maintaining pollution free environment. LPG Connection comprising of one gas stove with two burners and two cylinders for a total cost of Rs.6087/-


Eligibility: BPL Household/ Families who do not possess LPG connection.

Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA)

An employment scheme by the Ministry of Rural Development, providing provide at least 100 days of guaranteed wage employment in a financial year to every rural household whose adult members volunteer to do unskilled work. MGNREGA Jobcard is a primary document issued by the Gram Panchayat to all the applicants registered under the MGNREGA Scheme. It specifies all the necessary details like name, bank account number, employment record, details of work provided, address of the applicants etc. and acts as an identification proof.

Atal Asra Yojana

'Atal Asra Yojana' by the Department of Tribal Welfare, Government of Goa provides financial assistance of up to ₹ 3,00,000 to individuals from Scheduled Tribes communities for construction/ re-construction and repairs of the house.


Eligibility: 1.The applicant should be an individual from the Scheduled Tribes community of the State of Goa. 2.The annual income of the family of the applicant should be less than or equal to ₹ 3,00,000.

deen dayal swasthya seva yojana

To facilitate and take medical services to the next level, the State of Goa envisaged the present scheme to provide its people with quality medical care and treatment of diseases, hospitalization, and surgery through government and private hospitals.


Eligibility: The applicant must be a resident of the state of Goa.The applicant must have resided in Goa continuously for a minimum of five years or more.

2 Residence Proof of eligibility person: passport, residence certificate/Election card/Driving license issued a minimum of 5 years ago in Goa.
3 For OBC of non-creamy layer: Caste Certificate issued by Deputy Collector along with income certificate showing income less than ₹6,00,000/- per annum.
4 For SC/ST: Cast certificate issued by the Director of Tribal Welfare/ Deputy Collector.
5 For Differently abled eligible person: Disability certificate issued by Medical board.
6 Ration card to define family. In case of Ration card is not available all the below-mentioned documents are to be enclosed. For Spouse: Marriage Certificate.For dependent child: Birth certificate/school leaving certificate of dependent child or children of the eligible person.For the dependent parent: Declaration stating the dependent parent/(s) are not employed.
Laadli Laxmi Scheme

Laadli Laxmi Scheme was launched on 6th July 2012 as one of the flagship programmes of the Department of Women & Child Development, Government of Goa with the intention to address the undesirable tendency of female foeticides and with an aim towards erasing the general perception that the birth of a girl in the family is the burden on her parents/guardian during her marriage. The objective of the scheme is to financially empower the girl child to meet educational and other expenses on becoming a major of age and to improve the female sex ratio in the State.


Eligibility: The applicant must be a resident of the state of Goa.The applicant must have resided in Goa continuously for a minimum of five years or more.
